I won’t insult you by using open houses (how agents pick up prospects) and caravans to make you think I’m working. My job is to employ all my skills and the latest technology available to expose your property to every agent who is working with a "qualified" buyer. I use the latest in internet viral marketing techniques to expose your property to potential buyers. In today's market, agents and buyers alike use technology to find properties, not caravans or open houses. Technology is where I invest my energy and marketing dollars.
